Phase 3 Marketing and Communications has been certified as a member of the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) program administered by National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC).
Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, Phase 3 was founded in 2001 as a digital print service provider, and now offers services that span the marketing spectrum: marketing strategy, creative, digital, public relations, media, large- and small- format printing, warehousing and distribution and marketing logistics. Headquartered in Atlanta, Phase 3 has additional offices in Charlotte, Nashville, Dallas-Fort Worth and the New York City metropolitan area, with teammates and clients across the country.
“Phase 3 would not be where it is today without our commitment to inclusivity and diversity within our workplace and among our employees and clients,” said Max Nair, Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Phase 3. “We are proud to announce our certification, and to continue serving clients of all backgrounds, industries and sizes, as we have for the last 20 years.”
Many companies have specific supplier spend requirements to ensure diversity in their supply chains, and certification shows Phase 3’s commitment to helping companies fulfill this – all the while, making a dedicated effort to work with diverse suppliers itself.
“Over the last 20 years, what I am most proud of about Phase 3 is our diversity. We are a workplace where all different people, from all different places, backgrounds, beliefs and opinions can come together as a team and feel comfortable and free to grow and express their talents,” said Ken Holsclaw, Co-Founder and President of Phase 3. “We will continue to be dedicated to fostering a culture that insists upon this, and I am proud to join the ranks of other minority owned businesses in the country.”
