Lincoln Property Company, a commercial real estate company, approached Phase 3 to develop a brand platform for their latest project, a large mixed-use land development that will have a major impact on the westside of Atlanta. The client purchased 18 acres of land that connects West Midtown to Georgia Tech and to the forthcoming Westside Beltline trail, providing more complete connectivity for pedestrians.
Phase 3 went through an extensive research process to name the development and create the brand identity and visual system. Our talented creative team did a deep dive into the area’s history and offerings to ensure the new property would be a centerpiece to the area and enhance the experiences of those who lived, worked and visited.
Expanding the new brand elements, Phase 3 developed a landing page and brand video that encapsulated the vision for Echo Street West. Our public relations team introduced the new project and generated awareness using media relations and social media to continue the conversation.
