Working in tandem with the Atlanta Super Bowl Host Committee, Phase 3 was tapped to provide a long list of print services and promotional items to showcase Atlanta as the host city and ensure that all of the events, including the “Big Game,” ran smoothly.
Volunteer Headquarters and Host House: Phase 3 planned, printed and installed the way finding graphics and signage for the Volunteer Headquarters located at AmericasMart. We toured the facility and made recommendations based on the need for branding at each entry, the size and variety of surfaces and the communications needs to create a comprehensive plan. Phase 3 printed and installed 1000’s of square feet of graphics and signage in a short period of time to create the official Super Bowl Volunteer Headquarters, as well as the Volunteer Host House.
Volunteer Kits: Phase 3 created a custom printed box for over 1,000 volunteers, each box containing the volunteer’s badges, shirts, swag items and printed materials. We kitted all materials and facilitated timely distribution to ensure all volunteers were outfitted properly.
Hotel “Secondary Look” Graphics: While not official locations of Super Bowl LIII, Atlanta’s hotels and restaurants wanted to get in on the excitement. Phase 3 supported these Atlanta businesses by providing approved “secondary look” graphics packages that they could order on demand. To facilitate, Phase 3 utilized its Media:Link platform which enabled each venue to order the materials they needed including window clings, banner stands, signs, table tents and more.
Overall, the partnership lasted 9 months, including 6 months of planning and 3 months for implementation. The project utilized almost all services Phase 3 offers including StudioRed graphic design, commercial printing, print-on-demand, large format, installation & removal, promo & apparel, packaging, Media:Link, and kitting & fulfillment.
