Alliance Residential had big plans for Broadstone Peachtree Corners, a new multifamily community in Gwinnett County, Georgia. A departure from competitive properties in this area just north of Atlanta, Broadstone Peachtree Corners was all in on character and creativity—in its design, programming, and amenities. With nods to the fairy tale aesthetic—think woods and ropes and maps and nooks—and the elegance and wit of a vogue editorial shoot, Broadstone Peachtree Corners demanded a brand identity and narrative to match those bold visual and programmatic cues.
Strategy & Creative
Our strategy? Appeal to the self-directed young professionals of “Technology Park”, who are entrepreneurial in spirit or practice; the ones who eschew “rise and grind” culture in favor of a more balanced and meaningful work life of their own design. Invite them to “step into the story” and see themselves in a brand narrative and identity that nods to the hero’s journey: the call to adventure, the crossing of thresholds, helpful guides, gifts, and transformation.
“Broadstone Peachtree Corners calls you—creators of content, instigators of innovation, builders of better worlds—to live inspired and uncompromised, in a city made for dreamers,” the brand narrative begins.
Pointing “Happily ever upward”, the brand expression features an assemblage of earth tones and textures, forest imagery, and subtle nods to hand-drawn maps, in addition to curated photography that captures the community’s unique urban/forest locale and high end portfolio of amenities.

Today Broadstone Peachtree Corners is leased to 92% capacity, appealing to professionals who crave the work-live-play lifestyle. Phase 3 also enjoyed the opportunity to weave the hero’s journey narrative strategy into the naming and branding of Second Story, a thriving private office collective on the Broadstone Peachtree Corners campus.
